At MDG Luxury Designs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as custom-made, earrings or final sale products, are not eligible for exchange.

2. Refunds

  • Store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.
